SHIPPING ISSUES

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive an email detailing your purchased items upon ordering. We will process your order as soon as it's received, and there will be an estimated delivery date provided to you when your order has been shipped. Kindly note that the estimated delivery time is our best approximate for the actual delivery time. 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including the tracking number for your package. 

 

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION?

After the order is shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to your order email address.

If you do not receive the email, you can check the following:

Please check if the email address you used to place the order is different.

Please check your spam folder to see if the email ended up in the wrong place.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we are currently unable to change or cancel it. 

If the item cannot be resolved, please make sure to initiate a return. For instructions on how to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PURCHASE IS DAMAGED?

Contact us at customersupport@b2bfashion.org. Please provide us with your order number, the description of the problem and attach annecessary pictures.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to support exchanges. We recommend that you place a new order and return another item. For how to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy.

HOW CAN I INITIATE A RETURN?

Returns can be made within 30 days from the date you've received all your items. For details, please check our Return Policy.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

A refund will be issued after processing your return, which may take up to 10 working days after receiving your return in our warehouse. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amount. Please check the Return Policy for details.
